Bluewater Sailing is a family run business with Alex as the Principle and his partner Fran as admin. Our emphasis is on  individualised personal service with a teaching ratio of no more than 4 students to one instructor. We also teach in style, on our 46 food Bluewater Sailing yacht Chao Lay, where students have their own cabins and on suite showers and heads. And what really adds the finishing touch is that we are   based in Grenada, the West Indies... where you will be learning to sail in a tropical paradise.   

Grenada is an easy to reach location with flights from Europe and the United States. This is a year round cruising area with Tobago Cays and the Grenadines with in easy sailing reach. 

 We are in a  perfect place for learning how to sail and to complete your RYA Sailing  course. Grenada and the Grenadines have a good mix of flat water sailing and full Atlantic swell between the island groups.  This combined with line of sight navigation, reversing currents and a constant warm wind, you will find Grenada a sailing heaven.

Alex is a RYA Yachtmaster instructor and in co operation with True Blue Bay Resort is running RYA courses from Grenada and the Grenadines.
